- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong front desk skills with familiarity in hotel management systems being a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
