ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Salesforce Solutions Consultant, you will be a client-facing, hands-on member of our delivery team, working directly with customers to implement Salesforce technology. You will lead conversations across every phase of the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Drawing on solid technical skills and strong business acumen, you will translate customer requirements into practical solutions, guide stakeholders through change, and help ensure each engagement is delivered on scope, on budget, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:-
Serve as a trusted client contact, leading discovery sessions and managing expectations throughout the engagement.

Participate actively in all project lifecycle phases: discovery and requirements, design, build, test, training, and deployment.

Translate complex business requirements into clear use cases, and recommend best-practice Salesforce solutions.

Help define project scope and effort estimates for solution development.

Build solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, formula fields) and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components) where required.

Manage the technical delivery of configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migration.

Deliver integrations across point-to-point and middleware approaches, including SOAP and REST web services.

Perform data clean-up and complex data loading using Data Loader, and provide data best-practice guidance to clients and team members.

Debug and resolve issues, review peers' solutions, and provide day-to-day support across client Salesforce instances.

Lead end-user training, change management, and standard operating procedures to drive adoption and process change.

Adapt communication to executive-level stakeholders, set and manage expectations, and help resolve escalations.

Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and bring new ideas back to the team.
Key Requirements:-
4 to 6 years of Salesforce experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solid declarative development skills: Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, complex formula fields, and other out-of-the-box features.

Working knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning Web Components or Aura components and the Lightning Design System, plus Apex (triggers, classes, and controllers).

Experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware, using SOAP and REST web services.

Strong data management skills, including Data Loader, data migration, and a good understanding of data sharing, visibility, and security models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
Desirable Skills:-
Strong business acumen and the ability to position solutions and build trust with clients and executive-level stakeholders.

Experience leading end-user training, change management, and standard operating procedures to drive adoption and process change.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.

Familiarity with version control and code deployment standards.

Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Scrum and JIRA.

Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certification, with Platform Developer II or Application Architect considered a strong asset.
Preferred Experience:-
Salesforce delivery within a consulting environment.

Managing client escalations or red accounts and negotiating resolutions.

Delivering large, complex projects with many stakeholders, including enterprise or nonprofit organizations.

Exposure to additional platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
