Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled 1ST 2ND or 3RD year automotive apprentice to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong commitment to learning and completing their apprenticeship. this role offers hands on experience working alongside certified journeyman technicians in a fast paced and professional shop environment.
Responsibilities
- perform vehicle maintenance and repairs under the supervision of licensed technicians.
- diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models.
- conduct oil changes, brakes services, tire installations, suspension work, and general repairs
- assist in performing inspections and completing vehicle service reports accurately.
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- adhere to company safety policies and industry standards.
- participate in ongoing training and development to complete apprenticeship requirements.
Qualifications
- registered as a 2nd or 3rd year automotive service technician apprentice.
- previous hands on experience in a repair shop environment.
- strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- valid drivers license
- excellent communication and problem solving skills.
