Fox & Forth is a women-led marketing agency that helps businesses build brands people remember. From social media and content creation to digital campaigns, SEO, websites, email marketing, and promotional products, we create marketing that connects and delivers results.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, and excited to jump into a variety of projects. Every day is different here, and that's exactly how we like it.
What You Need to Know
This is not a role where you'll spend all day scheduling posts - although we do it.
You'll be filming Reels one day, writing a blog the next, brainstorming campaign ideas, attending a client meeting, building a Mailchimp newsletter, and editing video before the afternoon is over.
We're looking for someone who understands that social media is about storytelling, strategy, and building real connections.
You should enjoy working with people, managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing:
Content Creation & Social Media
- Capture photo and video content during client shoots
- Film engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Edit Reels, Stories, and promotional videos
- Brainstorm monthly content ideas, campaign concepts, and trending topics
- Write captions, headlines, hooks, and calls to action that match each client's voice
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms
- Monitor engagement and help build active online communities
Copywriting & Marketing
- Write blogs, newsletters, website copy, emails, and promotional content
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives
- Maintain content calendars and keep projects on schedule
- Collaborate with our creative team to execute campaigns from concept to completion
Strategy & Project Coordination
- Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines at the same time
- Contribute creative ideas during team meetings and planning sessions
- Stay current with marketing trends, platform updates, and content opportunities
- Help improve client performance through thoughtful marketing recommendations
- Ensure every piece of content is polished, on brand, and aligned with client goals
Client Communication & Account Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Communicate professionally through email, meetings, and phone calls
- Gather approvals, assets, and content needed to keep projects moving
- Provide updates on timelines and deliverables
- Attend client meetings, strategy sessions, and content shoots
- Keep detailed notes, action items, and project updates organized
- Build strong relationships that make clients feel supported and confident in our work
- Represent Fox & Forth with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and organization to the table.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or an agency environment
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt to different brand voices
- Experience filming content using smartphones and basic camera equipment
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software
- Confidence creating graphics and marketing materials in Canva, Capcut or other editing apps.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
- A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- An eye for design, branding, and content that stands out
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Photography
- WordPress or Wix websites
- SEO
- Graphic design
- Email marketing strategy
