ATR Maintenance Services provides high-quality repair and maintenance services to condominiums, multi-residential buildings, and select commercial properties. We’re looking to add a responsible, reliable individual who has experience with drywall repairs and painting. Any skills beyond drywall and painting would also be a benefit. Role Overview:
As a technician with our company you'll be issued work orders. A company vehicle will be used to attend different sites around the tri-cities. Our technicians work together in teams as well as on their own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned jobs on schedule and to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with clients & other staff
- Use our mobile field service app and email to manage tasks and updates
- Safely handle keys and FOBs to access properties
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use where necessary
- Drive the company vehicle responsibly to and from job sites
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or post-construction
- Experience with drywall, taping & mudding
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable using smartphones and apps for work documentation
Essential Valuable Experience & Skills:
- Drywall repair & installation
- Painting
Other Valuable Experience & Skills:
- Framing and general construction experience
- Carpentry
- Caulking
- Deck and fence repairs (post replacement)
- Installing and adjusting doors, locks, door closers, etc.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Organizational skills
Work Schedule:
- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
