Spa Therapist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing outstanding care, embraces holistic wellness, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Perform a variety of massage and bodywork modalities, including Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and customize treatments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and workspaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Educate clients on wellness practices, treatment benefits, and home care recommendations.
- Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail products in a genuine and client focused manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and privacy standards.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Additional Skills Considered an Asset
Candidates with experience or certification in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Brazilian Lymphatic Massage
- Sound Bath Facilitation
- Indian Head Massage
- Reflexology
- Aromatherapy
- Reiki or Energy Healing Modalities
- Body Treatments, Wraps, and Exfoliation Services
- Additional wellness or holistic certifications
Qualifications
- Spa Therapy Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a spa, wellness, or therapeutic setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong knowledge of bodywork, relaxation techniques, and client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and client focused approach.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
