Responsibilities
-
Serve as EPAM's primary relationship owner with Microsoft across the US and Canada region Engage senior stakeholders within Microsoft's field, specialist, and partner teams to build the kind of trust that generates co-sell momentum, deal registrations, and executive sponsorship Align closely with EPAM's Global Alliance Lead to ensure regional activity ladders up to global objectives and investment priorities
-
Co-create and execute GTM strategies with Microsoft counterparts and EPAM's internal sales, marketing, and business unit leaders Build joint pursuit plans, identify co-sell opportunities, and activate Microsoft's field teams around EPAM's differentiated capabilities in AI, cloud engineering, data modernization, and digital transformation Move deals from whitespace to pipeline with urgency and structure
-
Set, track, and own KPIs for partner-sourced revenue, pipeline contribution, and joint customer wins Use data-driven insights to identify where the alliance is generating returns, where it isn't, and what needs to change
-
Collaborate with EPAM's solution, technical, and delivery teams to shape offerings that map to Microsoft's current go-to-market focus areas — Copilot adoption, Azure AI Foundry, cloud migration, and industry-specific cloud solutions Ensure EPAM is positioned where Microsoft is investing, not where it was investing two years ago
-
Partner with EPAM account teams to use the Microsoft relationship as a door-opener and deal accelerator within strategic accounts Identify where Microsoft's presence inside a client can amplify EPAM's positioning and co-develop account-specific strategies that benefit both parties
-
Represent EPAM at Microsoft partner summits, industry events, and executive forums — build a visible personal brand within the Microsoft ecosystem Prepare and present compelling strategic plans and performance results during Quarterly Business Reviews with both EPAM and Microsoft leadership
-
Maintain expert-level awareness of Microsoft's evolving product portfolio, partner program changes, competitive positioning, and market dynamics Proactively brief internal stakeholders on what matters, what's changing, and how EPAM should respond — before they ask
Requirements
-
3+ years in alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales with a meaningful focus on the Microsoft ecosystem — Azure, M365, Copilot, or Microsoft industry clouds
-
5+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology, channel management, or SI environments
-
A genuine, established professional network inside Microsoft — field sellers, partner development managers, specialist teams, or executive sponsors you've worked with and earned trust from
-
Fluency in Microsoft's current GTM priorities — particularly AI transformation, Copilot deployment at scale, Azure AI Foundry, and the shift toward agentic workflows
-
The ability to operate across both strategic and executional registers — comfortable presenting to a CxO in the morning and managing deal registration compliance in the afternoon
-
Strong commercial instincts: you understand how partner ecosystems generate revenue, where friction lives, and how to remove it
-
Exceptional communication and executive presence — you represent EPAM to one of its most important global partners and need to do it with credibility and confidence
-
Business proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates (English/French) are a strong asset for Canada coverage

An artificial intelligence system is software that is developed with one or more techniques that can, for a given set of human-defined objectives, using algorithmic information processing, generate outputs such as content, predictions, recommendations, or decisions with varying levels of autonomy (“AI”). Tasks that humans have traditionally done by thinking and reasoning are increasingly being done by, or with the help of, AI to help create efficiencies.EPAM may use AI during the recruitment process, in connection with collecting or processing your personal data. Some (non-exhaustive) examples of tasks that EPAM may use AI for include conducting initial screening, creating transcripts of interviews, and assessing applications/CVs against defined job description criteria to make suggestions to the individuals evaluating your candidacy.Your personal data and the results of any processing are not shared with AI applications outside of EPAM infrastructure. While EPAM may use AI to help create efficiencies during the recruitment process, EPAM does not use AI to make hiring decisions, which is done by EPAM Talent Acquisition and management.
