The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service team. You’ll greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain repair and maintenance needs clearly, and ensure they leave with confidence in their vehicles and in us.
What You'll Do
Greet customers warmly and professionally
Listen and document vehicle concerns accurately
Provide clear repair and maintenance recommendations
Prepare detailed cost estimates and obtain approvals
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians and parts department
Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills
Passion for cars and helping people
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
