We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum that fosters literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and developmental stages.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress, including standardized testing when applicable.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to develop effective lesson plans and engage students in learning activities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
- Previous experience in curriculum development, tutoring, or teaching physical education is desirable.
