What You'll Be Doing:
Be the go-to person for all of our clients’ needs - from facilitating support requests to educating our clients about our product. You are an expert in all things Fresh Prep.
Create and maintain relationships with our clients via email, phone, text, and various social media channels.
Be a power user with Aircall and Kustomer, our customer service applications.
Work with other departments to address specific concerns and/or obtain information to answer customer questions.
Follow up with customers as needed, especially for recurring or ongoing issues.
Be the face of Fresh Prep for our occasional visitors; you’ll sit at the front reception to complete your duties.
Manage the inventory for our employee canteen, ensuring it is stocked and inventory is turned over in a timely manner.
Occasionally interact face-to-face with customers who come to pick up orders or drop off returnables at our facility.
What We Are Looking For
This individual acts as the initial contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and even live chat. We are looking for an individual who is a skilled typist, strong communicator, skilled at task switching and possesses a positive and helpful attitude even in stressful times.
The right candidate for this role is the go-to person for internal and external customer inquiries, from support requests to product education. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and can think quickly and strategically on their feet. They contribute toward facilitating positive customer experience by assisting customers in real time. They’re able to connect with the relevant departments to get answers when needed, and are strategic decision makers who can escalate to management when appropriate. They also follow departmental processes and standard operating procedures to a high standard. They are excellent with people but don’t sweat the small stuff.
Fully bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and spoken fluency in both languages.
Experience with providing customer service (1-2 years desirable); past experience in a call center is an asset.
Excellent data entry and typing speed with attention to detail and commitment to quality; minimum 50 words per minute with close to 100% accuracy is required.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
You’re tech savvy with a good command of Google Suite and an ability to quickly learn new software.
You have a positive, respectful attitude with good people skills.
You are reliable and available to work onsite at our Ville-Saint-Laurent facility for a consistent schedule.
What You Can Expect
Hourly Wage: $22.50 per hour
Location: 4220 Griffith Street, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 4L6 and Work from Home (Hybrid– Canteen)
Schedule: Saturdays 11-7pm, Sunday 11-7pm. Potentially Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 3-7pm EST. Flexibility in shifts is also required, as the schedule may change based on business needs. Wednesday shifts will be in office but may change.
