WHO ARE YOU?
MINUMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED. WE REQUIRE REFERENCES
You're someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating an excellent guest experience. You are:
- Fun, Dependable, Sociable and Genuine
- A team player able to energize a team
- Organized while working in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Have excellent time management skills
- Able to reach, bend and, frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a server (IMPORTANT)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive and personalized service
- Engage guests with in-depth knowledge of the drink program, offering recommendations and answering questions
- Promote and enhance the bottle service experience through strategic upselling and tailored suggestions
