District Sales Manager – Commercial Insurance
Location: Mississauga, Ontario | Hybrid
Our client, a well-established and respected insurance organization, is seeking a District Sales Manager to join their leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and mentoring others to succeed.
As a District Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting regional growth while developing and coaching a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. You will leverage your industry expertise to strengthen client relationships, grow key accounts, and create an environment where your team can thrive and perform at a high level.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to the region’s strategic direction, including market growth initiatives, budgeting, and recruitment planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists
Drive strategic initiatives to grow market share within the region
Maintain and expand key commercial client relationships
Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategic planning and budgeting
Support recruitment and development of top talent within the team
Foster a positive, high-performance, team-focused culture
Post-secondary education (College or University preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance
Past and proven leadership or team development experience
Strong strategic thinking and business development skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities
