Duties:
- - Preparing meals for customer on time.
- Preparing and restacking of meat, vegetables, garnishes, sauces, and other ingredients to be used for cooking.
- Making sure that all food items are always fresh before serving.
- Ability to follow and understand cooking instruction based on company standards.
- Knowledgeable in preparing variety of meals as per order and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Knowledgeable and flexibility in shifting workstation from Salad, Fryer, Pan, Grille, and Pizza.
- Ability to follow Health Food Safety Standards and proper food storage methods.
- Ability to understand and consistently complies with standard food portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Regular check of refrigeration temperature (twice daily), equipment condition and food quality for any known or obvious problems.
- Keeping regular stock of prepared food on assigned station before and after the shift.
- Respect and Teamwork; work together to make it right for customers.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls grills, broiler, fryers, pasta cooker, sauté burners, convention ovens, flat tops range, refrigeration equipment, and floors.
- Flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
- Compliance to grooming and appearance standards as per company policy.
- Mopping, sweeping kitchen area and assist in dishes section if needed.
- Ability to perform other related duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Initiative to utilize free time to clean and organize workplace area.
Pay: $15.90-$17.00 per hour

Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
