About the Role
We are hiring Field Sales Associates across Ottawa on behalf of a growing food service supplier. You'll visit restaurants from your assigned territory to sell app-based ordering, delivery solutions, and supplier products to owners and managers — face-to-face, relationship-based selling, not cold calling.
Guaranteed base pay of $25/hr or commission, so your floor is guaranteed and upside is uncapped. Full paid training provided; no industry experience required.
What You'll Do
- Visit restaurants on your territory list and build client relationships
- Present and demo products to owners/decision-makers
- Follow up to close opportunities and manage your own daily route
- Log visits and maintain activity records
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable approaching business owners face-to-face; strong communicator
- Sales, B2B, or food service experience an asset, not required — recent grads welcome
- Valid Ontario G licence and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Schedule
- $25/hr base (biweekly) + uncapped commission, mileage reimbursed at $0.35/km
- 7-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, generally 10:00 AM–5:30 PM (some Tue–Sat, downtown 1–8 PM)
- Paid onboarding, shadowing, then independent work
