District Store Team Leader – Full Time

Nova Staffing is hiring on behalf of our client for a full-time District Store Team Leader to oversee retail operations in both the New Minas and Yarmouth locations.
We are seeking an experienced retail leader who is passionate about team development, customer service, operational excellence, and driving business results. This role will oversee a team of approximately 8 employees across both locations.
This position requires regular travel between stores, with the successful candidate typically spending 3 days per week in New Minas and 2 days per week in Yarmouth. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly are required.
Salary
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year
- Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations across both locations
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop store team members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Drive sales performance and achieve store objectives
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive and customer-focused culture
- Ensure operational standards and company policies are maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
- Experience supervising teams and driving results in a retail environment
