Part-Time Graphic Designer (On-Site 15 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team on-site for approximately 15 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work independently. This is a hands-on role focused on real-world execution and day-to-day contributions within a fast-moving sports apparel environment.
This role is best suited to someone who understands the hockey world and has a strong interest in sports, particularly women’s sports, as the brand is deeply rooted in the sports lifestyle. There is potential for full-time hours during the summer months.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce print and digital graphics
- Create engaging visual content for social media and digital marketing channels aligned with brand identity
- Source and prepare design assets for apparel, equipment and marketing use
- Collaborate closely with the team on day-to-day creative needs and product execution
- Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and sports culture
- Prepare final production-ready files for manufacturing and distribution
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong design skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Punctual, reliable, and consistent in execution and delivery
- Strong communication skills, clear and proactive
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Strong interest in sports, especially women’s sports and hockey
- Understanding of the sports lifestyle is an asset
- Experience producing print-ready files and production assets
- Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, hands-on environment
- English proficiency is considered an asset and preferred
Bonus
- Experience in apparel decoration or apparel design
- Experience working in team-based environments
- Background or strong familiarity with sports organizations or the sports industry
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
