Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise in schematics and construction-related tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling units to ensure efficient operation
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed for system upgrades or repairs
- Repair or replace boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components within HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge
- Collaborate with construction teams during system installation projects
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Mechanic with a strong background in HVAC systems maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, appliance repair, and general construction practices
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in schematics interpretation and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to HVAC or mechanical trades are preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
