About the Role
The Spa Manager & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the business from A to Z, ensuring exceptional client experiences, maximizing revenue, coordinating staff, and supporting business growth.
This is not simply a reception position. We are looking for a leader who can actively contribute to the success of the clinic through sales, marketing, operations, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Convert consultations into treatment plans and package sales
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Increase client retention and repeat bookings
- Promote memberships, treatment packages, and retail products
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Help achieve monthly revenue goals
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Manage client inquiries and consultations
- Ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates
Marketing & Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate social media content and promotions
- Work with staff to create photos, videos, and educational content
- Assist with marketing campaigns and special events
- Monitor online reviews and client engagement
- Help grow the clinic’s online presence
Business Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Manage scheduling and appointment flow
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinic areas remain organized
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and profitability
- Maintain clinic policies and procedures
Team Leadership
- Coordinate and support clinic staff
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Monitor staff performance and accountability
- Foster a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure team members provide exceptional client care
Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators
- Manage client databases and CRM systems
- Assist with promotions, events, and partnerships
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
Qualifications
- Previous experience in spa management, medical aesthetics, sales, hospitality, wellness, or business management
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with social media marketing is an asset
- Knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry is preferred but not required
