Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and ensuring our facilities and equipment are in good working order. A personal vehicle is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Record work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment as needed.
- Comfortable performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
