We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. previous experience is a plus but not required, we'll train you.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand in a 3 compartment sink.
- Keep the dish pit, sinks, and work areas clean and sanitized
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors; take out garbage and recycling
- Clean kitchen equipment, hoods, shelving, and coolers on a scheduled basis
- Receive and put away deliveries and keep the racks organised
- Basic food prep support: peeling, chopping, portioning as directed
- Assist cooks and servers as needed during busy periods
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm kitchen environment
- Available evenings and weekends
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
- English communication skills sufficient for the role
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
