Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with a variety of outdoor projects focused on landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical aptitude, and be eager to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes for our clients. This position offers hands-on experience in landscape management and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in gardening, irrigation, and equipment operation.
Duties
- Assist with landscape work, such as soil and sodding, garden work, and more
- Maintain lawn and gardens with hand and power tools
Skills
- Experience with lawn and garden work
- Knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance
- Proficiency in using hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Good teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Assist with maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing
- Operate equipment such as hand tools and power equipment
