Responsibilities:

Prepare, produce, and execute menu items according to restaurant standards.

Receive and store kitchen deliveries efficiently and safely.

Organize and maintain proper storage and rotation of all food products.

Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or similar setting (preferred).

Strong understanding of food safety and public health regulations.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Food Handler Certification or equivalent (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).

Full-time schedule: Monday – Saturday (five shifts per week, approximately 8 hours per shift).

Supplemental pay: Tips and overtime pay (subject to company policy).
