Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financier - Contrôleuse Financière to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision and timeliness
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities to support organizational planning
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms for daily operations
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in all financial activities
- Support audit preparations by maintaining organized financial records and documentation
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as a controller or finance analyst
- Strong proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage 50 and 100, Xero, and other relevant tools
- Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial analysis methods
- Familiarity with industry standards for financial reporting and compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$133,653.37 per year
