Blue Star Ford Lincoln has a growing Sales Team and is looking for a highly motivated & positive Automotive Salesperson!
Our Automotive Dealership proudly represents a tradition of excellence in Norfolk County. And currently, we are searching for a qualified sales professional to join our team and lead the industry through outstanding customer service.
A Blue Star Salesperson is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer satisfaction, as well as generating sales revenue through the sale of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, as well as various makes of used inventory.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
- To promote and complete the sale of automotive vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
- Articulate automotive vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services
- Complete all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- To service all allocated Automotive sales inquiries, promptly and effectively
- Remain educated on all Automotive product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
- Actively promote and develop new business
- Maintain customer profiles
- Consistently follow up with customers and maintain a good rapport with customers and department managers
- Follow all Blue Star Ford Lincoln policies and procedures, for safety & customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience
- Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to obtain an OMVIC license (free of criminal record or financial issues)
