Hiring an Administrative Assistant for the accounting department in North York
Seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support office operations, accounting, customer service, and HR functions.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20- $22/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Manage emails, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Support AP/AR functions, including processing invoices and checks.
- Assist with QuickBooks and ERP systems.
- Run occasional bank deposits/checks.
- Provide administrative support for logistics, order entry, quoting, and HR tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- QuickBooks and ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented.
- Reliable transportation and must have own vehicle for occasional bank runs
