Lenmark Industries is a leading supplier of new and used industrial equipment specializing in mining, electrical, industrial, metalworking, and woodworking. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is not a maintenance role—success in this position comes from prospecting and developing customer relationships.
This is a full-time in-office position. You will be required to attend work at our Leduc office Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively prospect and develop customer relationships through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry research.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, with a focus on mining, metalworking, and industrial sectors across North America.
- Negotiate and close deals for used and surplus equipment.
- Maintain CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all activity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or a related field (mining, manufacturing, construction equipment, electrical).
- A high caliber person: motivated by finding new leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to uncover new opportunities daily.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven personality.
- Ability to manage a fast-moving sales cycle.
