The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing cabinets according to detailed specifications and production plans. This role requires a strong attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
This is a hands-on job that will require you to be physically fit and keep pace with an assembly line. The position is safety-sensitive, and the successful candidate must adhere to a drug/alcohol-free workplace policy. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hearing protection and steel toed boots are required on the job-site.
Responsibilities:

Assembling Cabinets - Constructing cabinets according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Material Preparation - Cutting, sanding, and shaping materials such as wood or composite materials for assembly.

Hardware Installation - Mounting hinges, handles, and other hardware components as required.

Quality Control - Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Team Collaboration - Working with a team to ensure efficient production and assembly line operation while respectably maintaining a clean and safe workspace for all.

Safety Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Problem-solving - Addressing any issues or defects during the assembly process.

Non-Essential Job Responsibilities include maintenance - performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Solid understanding of woodworking techniques

Available shifts include:
Day shift
- - Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm
Night shift - - Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am (+$1.50/hr shift premium)
