Steeltex Manufacturing is looking for a bookkeeper starting September 1st, 2026
- Excellent knowledge and experience in bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in Sage 50 with Payroll (or other computerized program)
- Microsoft Office an asset
- Process bi-weekly payroll, calculate payroll remittance, T4’s, ROE’s
- Month-end bookkeeping - post financial accounting information, reconciliation of records and reports
- Year-end preparation for accountant
- Calculate and process quarterly GST
Month end reports and any pertinent emails will be sent to you, but you will be required to come to the office at the end of each month to collect some paperwork/receipts.
Job Types: Casual, Part-time
Pay: $500.00-$600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
