What You'll Do
As a Senior Licensed Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day support that helps our advisor team deliver outstanding service and advice to clients. You'll be an important point of contact for clients, helping ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to clients by phone, email, and in person
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests
- Supporting advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up
- Assisting with investment and financial planning activities
- Processing trades and account-related transactions
- Managing account documentation and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM updates
- Coordinating deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Preparing reports and supporting account analysis
- Collaborating with team members and head office partners
- Contributing ideas that improve efficiency, service, and business growth
Who You Are
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right. You build trust easily, communicate clearly, and thrive in an environment where teamwork and accountability matter.
You bring:
- Registration with CIRO, or the ability to obtain registration
- 3–5 years of experience within a CIRO regulated financial services environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of investment products and wealth management practices
- A college diploma or undergraduate degree (preferred)
