Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Agent to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in sales, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments. The Retail Agent will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through effective negotiation, business development, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively
- Leverage technology sales techniques to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify new markets and opportunities
- Account management experience to foster long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to technology or product sales
- Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market data and customer insights
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
