We are busy well liked Fleet repair shop and been running for 15 years. Looking to add to our great Team.
We work on many different fleets. We see commercial van and trucks, 5 ton straight trucks, cargo trailers, semi trucks, small engines and assortment of other equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring high-quality workmanship on all vehicles serviced.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repairs
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical problems and recommend solutions
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
- Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment during repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Experience
- Previous mechanic experience is required, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive, truck repair
- Familiarity in different aspects of the trade is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair
- Experience working with various systems, including electrical, transmission, and engine components

Pay: $32.00-$47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
