Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial, electrification (off highway) markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for a Red Seal Parts Journeyperson to join our Kamloops branch. This role combines parts support, customer service, and warehouse operations in a small team environment where flexibility and teamwork are key.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is interested in gradually expanding into inside sales or broader branch responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide parts support and technical guidance to customers
- Assist with quotes, order entry, and customer inquiries
- Process returns, warranties, and related documentation
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
- Maintain accurate records and help keep operations running smoothly
- Contribute where needed—this is a team-focused, multi-role position
What You Bring
- Red Seal Parts Technician certification
- Experience in parts, service, or industrial environments
- Mechanical aptitude (hydraulics or related experience is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to help across functions
- Comfortable with both customer interaction and warehouse tasks
