Overview
Looking for a new team member to cover holidays and sick time.
The client is a 50 year old special needs woman living independently near the Quay. Shifts are generally 10am-6pm, mostly weekends but some weekdays as well.
Duties include: Meal prep, light house work, accompanying to appointments, planing meaningful activities, dispense medication, assist with care of household pet, maintain daily documentation as required.
Qualifications: certification in long term care or medical related fields or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of one-year related experience working and supporting individuals with special needs.
Knowledge & Skills: ability to communicate effectively both written and oral, able to work independently, demonstrates computer literacy, physical ability to preform the duties of the position, ability to support individuals with special needs.
***Must be able to cover shifts in August.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
