KMS Tools & Equipment is 100% Canadian, family owned tool distributor in Western Canada. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at KMS Tools & Equipment in Edmonton. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while contributing to our mission of providing quality tools with unparalleled service. No nights, no holidays, no Sundays. Saturdays are a requirement. We are growing and looking for that great addition to our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in sales techniques to boost sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with merchandising is preferred but not required
