West Country Carpentry is currently seeking Carpenter Apprentices and/or Journeyman Carpenters.
We are a small construction company based in Calgary. We offer a large variety of services all within the carpentry trade.
We are looking to fill supervisory roles and apprentice roles.
We do everything related to your journeyman certificate and provide the best on the job training in Calgary.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Work includes and is not limited to: framing, renovations, finishing carpentry, cabinetry, light concrete work, siding, soffit and facia, roofing, window and door installation, decks, fences, garages
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting safely during material handling and project assembly tasks.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high quality standards.
- *Candidates with previous construction experience are preferred*
Requirements
Candidates should be physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors.
Candidates must provide own transportation.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
