As part of our continued expansion across Canada, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive – Strategic Accounts to support our growth throughout Quebec.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to municipalities, government ministries, public agencies, and broader public sector organizations seeking to modernize their information management practices.
Your role goes far beyond selling technology solutions. You will be responsible for understanding organizational challenges, advising decision-makers, and guiding clients toward sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will build strategic relationships with senior executives and collaborate closely with Indixio’s internal experts to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Quebec market.
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within municipalities, government agencies, and broader public sector organizations.
- Build relationships with executive leadership, IT directors, municipal clerks, records managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable and predictable pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery through contract close.
Trusted Advisor
- Lead strategic discussions related to information governance, regulatory compliance, access to information, records management, and digital transformation.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business and operational challenges.
- Position Indixio as a strategic partner rather than simply a technology provider.
- Develop business cases and value propositions aligned with client priorities.
Solution Development
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams.
- Participate in demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), procurement processes, and service proposals.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative business development or complex solution sales.
- Experience selling to public sector or government organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience managing strategic, long-cycle sales opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
