Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Hotel Duty Manager to join our operations team at our Hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist our diverse guest base and enhance guest experiences.
Duties
- provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Be proficient with front desk software SynXis Property Hub (or become)
- Manage All OTA relationships, reconciling and revenue managment
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards
- Drive revenue from active monitoring of reservations and direct booking opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is essential.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel procedures including OTA relationship management and Revenue Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
