Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during service hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry as a line cook or similar role
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Prior experience with serving customers or working in a customer-focused setting is a plus
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
