Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Coordinator to oversee construction project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in construction management software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within a dynamic construction environment, supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure and building developments.
Duties
- Conduct site visits for assigned projects and monitor installation progress.
- Review project scope, specifications, tender documents, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies before engineer submission.
- Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to Construction Managers and coordinate with Field Managers and Site Superintendents to resolve issues.
- Schedule start-up meetings with installers and participate in installation kick-off meetings with engineering teams.
- Perform site measurements when required and provide information to the drafting team.
- Track project progress, maintain photo documentation, and attend site meetings and field tests.
- Resolve site conflicts, disputes, and outstanding issues during installation and project close-out.
- Review installer extras with the Division Manager and coordinate mock-ups, testing requirements, and as-built drawings.
- Perform any other reasonable, lawful duties as assigned by the Employer.
Skills
- Experience in aluminum railing construction project coordination, site supervision, or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Experience working with RFIs, project documentation, and engineering coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with field and engineering teams.
- Proficiency with construction documentation and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
