The Role
We are seeking a Carpenter who specializes in kitchen cabinet installation, finish and rough carpentry. Drywall work taping/mudding and minor mechanical is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cabinetry installation: kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, wall units, closet units...
- Finish and rough Carpentry: Installation of baseboards, crown molding, doors and windows casings, rough framing.
- Walls: Drywall installation, mudding/taping and painting
- Mechanical Finishes: Perform finish-phase plumbing and electrical tasks, such as installing faucets, sinks, toilets, and light fixtures.
- Final Touches: Precision installation of appliances, hardware, and custom fixtures
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in residential remodeling or general contracting. Kitchen cabinet installation is a must
- The Kit: You possess a full suite of professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Mobility: Valid G-class driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- The Mindset: An excellent eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a professional demeanor suitable for high-end residential environments.
