Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, enhance our online presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and e-commerce platforms, with a passion for creating engaging content and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on client acquisition and lead generation
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital and offline) to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create engaging, conversion-focused content including posts, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Shoot, edit, and produce in-house video content for digital platforms and advertisements
- Design marketing creatives and assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
- Build and optimize lead funnels to improve conversion rates from inquiry to client onboarding
- Assist with SEO strategy, website optimization, and content updates to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure all leads, communications, and campaign data are accurately recorded and updated daily
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing innovations
- Support branding, PR collaborations, and event-based marketing initiatives
- Manage online reputation including reviews, testimonials, and client feedback
- Work closely with leadership to execute overall growth and client acquisition strategy
- Perform additional marketing and business development tasks as required
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website content optimization
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut (video editing)
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and engagement optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven marketing decisions
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in immigration marketing or service-based lead generation is an advantage
Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
