Job Summary: We are seeking skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our team. As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of sewing machinery in a warehouse setting. Your attention to detail and ability to fabricate materials will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate assigned sewing machines according to production specifications
- Monitor sewing machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues as they arise
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Ability to fabricate materials using various tools and equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
