Budget Car & Truck Rental is currently hiring a reliable Vehicle Transport Driver to join our Penticton team on a casual, on-call basis.
This position involves moving rental vehicles between locations in Penticton and surrounding areas, with occasional longer-distance trips throughout the Okanagan and other parts of British Columbia as needed.
This role is a great fit for someone looking for flexible, part-time work who enjoys driving and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport rental vehicles between locations in Penticton and surrounding areas
- Complete occasional longer-distance trips to other BC regions
- Follow scheduling instructions and coordinate basic trip logistics
- Work with team members to support daily fleet and operational needs
- Interact professionally with business partners and customers when required
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence or higher
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work on-call with a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with highway driving and occasional longer trips
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous driving or vehicle transport experience
- Customer service or professional work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
