Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet their needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and display areas
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts regularly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales goals
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to create a secure environment for all staff and visitors
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and best practices
Experience
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
