J&S Streakless is looking for motivated and customer-focused Door-to-Door Sales Associates to join our window cleaning sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Sales Associates will go door-to-door to find potential clients, explain our window cleaning services, answer customer questions, and book jobs. This position includes a $50 base pay plus 15% commission on every sale.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door to find potential window cleaning clients
- Explain J&S Streakless window cleaning services clearly and professionally
- Highlight the benefits of our services and close sales
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Collect customer information and schedule window cleaning appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or by message
- Manage time efficiently while working in different neighborhoods
- Represent J&S Streakless in a professional and respectful manner
- Keep track of sales, leads, and booked appointments
Experience
- Previous sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills are important
- Must be confident approaching and speaking with new customers
- Basic math skills are helpful for explaining pricing and commission
- Ability to stay motivated and professional while working independently
- Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required
Pay
- $50 base pay
- 15% commission on every completed sale, commission increases over time
