We are currently looking for motivated Carpenter Apprentices and Construction Labourers who want to build a long-term career in the construction industry while working alongside experienced Red Seal carpenters on high-quality residential projects.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who:
- Wants to learn the carpentry trade properly

- Wants hands-on experience in luxury residential construction
- Is interested in apprenticeship growth and long-term advancement
You will work directly with experienced carpenters and supervisors on a wide variety of residential construction projects including:
- Custom homes
- Major renovations
- Additions
- Basement finishing
- Interior trim & millwork
- Kitchens & bathrooms
- Exterior construction
Responsibilities
Carpenter Apprentice Duties
- Assist lead carpenters with daily construction tasks
- Learn framing, trim carpentry, and finishing techniques
- Install doors, hardware, baseboards, casing, crown moulding, and millwork
- Assist with layout and material preparation
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with demolition and site preparation
- Help load/unload materials and organize deliveries
- Follow site safety procedures at all times
General Labour Duties
- Site cleanups and garbage removal
- Material handling and organization
- Assisting trades onsite
- Protecting finished areas and maintaining cleanliness
- Supporting crews with daily tasks
- Helping maintain professional job site appearance
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and professional
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Basic hand tools considered an asset
- Construction experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically throughout the day
