Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Process customer payments swiftly and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions with precision
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and cashier stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, including basic food handling tasks to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles demonstrates excellent guest services and multitasking abilities

Pay: $17.60-$17.65 per hour
