Experienced Flooring Estimator & Sales Representative
Location: Cuneo's Carpet One Floor & Home – Hanover, ON
Cuneo's is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Estimator & Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries who enjoys both customer service and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate job estimates from architectural drawings and plans.
- Assist customers with flooring selections, design ideas, and product recommendations in-store.
- Visit customer homes to measure spaces and create floor plans.
- Prepare quotations, enter estimates into our system, and communicate with customers by email and phone.
- Receive and organize incoming product deliveries in the warehouse.
- Coordinate and schedule flooring installers each morning.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales and estimating process.
Qualifications
- Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or a related field.
- Strong estimating, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable reading architectural plans and drawings.
- Basic computer and email proficiency.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use company vehicles for customer visits and measurements.
Position Details
- Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
- Every other Saturday required.
- Closed Sundays.
