About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining core benefits administration processes, with a focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and process consistency that directly supports our client service delivery.
We’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in structured environments, and understands the impact their work has on the overall client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, disability, retirement) with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Manage enrollments, updates, and terminations within internal and carrier systems
- Process changes, billing reconciliations, and claims-related inquiries with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain organized records, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Support preparation for client meetings and reporting as needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A collaborative, positive, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in employee benefits or insurance
- CEBS or GBA designation (or working toward it)
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Familiarity with benefits regulations or employment standards
