Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as skidsteers, roller, and paving machines to prepare and lay asphalt surfaces efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation including grading to ensure proper foundation for paving projects.
- Load and unload materials using skidsteer or other machinery, maintaining safety and accuracy at all times.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as spreading asphalt, compacting asphalt, along with anll other demands required supporting other crew members on-site.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to site safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards throughout each phase of construction.
Skills

- Knowledge of paving techniques, conpaction, and finishing processes.
